ORDER:
Learnedpublic prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the Investigating Officer in Crime No.299 of 2021 of Paloncha Town police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem district has already completed investigation and laid charge sheet against the petitioners herein vide S.C.No. 18 of 2022.
In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file fresh petition challenging the very charge sheet itself.
Granting liberty as sought, this Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this crimina_l petition, shall stand closed.
