The present Criminal petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in Crime No.l7 of 2022 of Malakpet police Station, Hyderabad District.

On the other hand, learned Assistalt public prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that on completion of investigation, charge sheet is laid and thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move a fresh petition in case the cause suryives. 5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, sha_ll stand closed.
