This Criminal Appeal is filed by the Appellants/Al to A4 aggrieved by the conviction recorded by the III Additional District & Sessions Judge (FTC) at Medak, in S.C.No.94 of 2008, dated 22.06.2010, convicting the accused for the offence punishable under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code, and sentence of Rigorous Imprisonment for a period of one year for each accused and a fine of Rs.500/-each.
