This contempt case is liled alleging willful and deliberate disobedience of the order in W.p.No.l0741 of 2O2 L, dated 09.06.2O2 l.
Today when the matter is taken up, the learned Standing Counsel has stated that pursuant to the orders of this Hon'lrle Court in WP.No.1O74 I of 2021, dated 09.06.2021 the Deputy Commissioner, Circie-26, Kukatpally Zone, GHMC has passed orders vide dated proceedings No. 1074 I /TPS /KPZ,3[{MC /2021 , 26.07.2021, and therefore, the order of this court in WP.No.1O741 of 2021, dated 09.06.2021 has been complied with.
Having regard to the above made submission, this contempt case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings, dated 26.02.202 1 if he is so advised.
