Junior Assistant/Off ice Subordinate/Worklnspectors/TechnicalAssts/Lascar etc,in existing vacancies orarising vacancies in G.O.Ms.No.45 dt.28.12.2020in terms of G.O.Ms.No.98 dt.15.04.1986by substituting petitioner's name at Sl.No.81in 2nd petitioner's place in File No.B1/376/87dt.28.03.1990as was done to similarly placed persons vide trr'lemo.No.7560/LA/Rand RtA2l2017 dt.04.07.2019by holding the action of therespondents in not providing employment to the 2nd petitioner though empanneled in the 695candidates list prepared duringthe year 1990-1994 white preparing only 393 candidateslist on 25103/2008thoughhe is fully eligible andqualified at the timeinclusionin the list while including similarly placedpersons by replacing in the name of father or husband asper above statedmemo dt.04.07.2019 is clearly illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory,unjust and contraryto the judgments in 0.A.No..8208/2003 and batch d1.06.5.2004,0.A.No.791712012' 1610712007, W.P.No.2346/2011 d1.08.02.201'1 Apex Courtjudgmentin S.1.P.No.1430512011 dt.0410712011 etc., that application not made within oneyear.
