It has been brought to the notice of this court by the learned counsel appearing for the High Court that on account of the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner was permitted to participate ir,r the process of selection provisionaliy and he was not able to clear the same.
In the light of the aforesaid, as the petitioner was not able to clear the process of selection, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
The miscellaneous applications pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand. closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
