Ref.No.Admn.l/CO/Promotion/l0/07/4503, dated 19-12-2007 issued by the Vice Chairman and Managing Director, the Andhra Pradesh State Handloom Weavers' Cooperative Society Limited, Hyderabad as illegal, arbitrary unjust and contrary to rule of seniority and rule of promotion and consequently hold that the petitioner is entitled for promotion to the post of Assistant Marketing Officer with effect from the date on which the 2nd Respondent was promoted to the said post with all consequential benefits.
