Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the Assistant Engineer, 3rd respondent herein in not considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 20111t2021 as illegal, arbitrary, null and vold, contrary to the principles of natural justice and also in violation of Article 300-4 of the constitulion of lndia and consequenfly cancel the service connection granted by the 3rd respondent in favour of 4th respondent bearing registration number NR912213382648 dated 0511112021 in respect of the house plot bearing number 1^'1 admeasuring 2oo square yards in survey number 15.1 , situated at qutubullapur Village presenily under eutubullapur Municipality and Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District erstwhile Ranga Reddy District in the interest of justice.
