Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly a Writ of Mandamus, declarrng the action of the respondents, in not registering and releasing Sale Deeds submitted by thepetitioners for the purpose of registration, bearing P, No. 229 ol 2021 and P. No. 230 of 2021, with regard to-two house properties, pertaining to the Southern and Northern portions in respect of Municipal House bearing No. 1-16117i6 in Survey No. 17, situated at Khajaguda Village, Serilingampalli Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without reference to the Proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 26.9.2013, as highly illegal, wholly arbitrary, unjust, contrary to the provisions of the Registration Act, contrary to the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court, violative of Articles 14,21 and 300-A of the Constitution of lndia and unconstitutio na I and consequently to direct the 3rd respondent, to register and return the sale deed (s) submitted by the petitioners, in respect of the above said two houseproperties, belonging to the petitioners, without reference to the Proceedings dated 261912013, of the 4th respondent.
