Petitioner-company claims that they have obtained all requisite permissions for erection of Tele Communication Infiastructure Tower (TTT) Tower at the premises bearing H.No.9-19/1, 24 area, Rompaid (Gram panchayat), yellandu (Mandal), Bhadradri Kothagudem District. When the petitionercompany representatives started construction ol. said Tower in accordance with the permission granted to them, the neighbours and locality people gathered ancl resisted the representatives of the petitioner_company from proceeding with the establishment of said Tower alleging that radiation emanating from the saicl Tower would be dangerous to their health. Having regard to the opposition from the locality people, petitioner submitted representation dated lO.I2.2Olg with the Station House Officer, yellandu police Station seeking to provide Police aid for erection of Tower in accordance with the permission alread.y obtained by the petitioner company. Even then, the 2na respondent did not provide police aid to the petitioner company. Alleging inaction, this writ pt:tition is filed.
