When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioners.

A perusal of the record discloses that the petitioners have filed the present writ petition challenging the action of the respondents in not considering their case as local candidates with regard to the admission into M.P.Ed Course.

This Court, while admitting the writ petition on 30.08.2013, granted interim direction as prayed for.

In view of the interim order granted on 30.08.2013, this Court is of the considered view that the grievance of the petitioners has been resolved and the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. It is needless to state that if the petitioners were admitted into M.P.Ed Course and if the petitioners have completed the said Course, then the respondents shall declare the results of the petitioners and award certificates to the petitioners, if not already done. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
