ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
Seeking to direct the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to incorporate the name of the petitioner in Dharani portal in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.OO guntas in survey no.38/AA and land admeasuring Ac.0.35 guntas in survey No.40/A1, totally admeasuring Ac.1.35 guntas situated in Raikunta, H/o pedda Golconda Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned Government Pleader states that if the petitioner makes an application through on-line in Dharani portal, the same will be considered and necessary orders will be passed by the authorities, in accordance with law.
Having regard to the above made submission and the grievance exposed by the petitioner in the presenr writ petition, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application through on-line in Dharani portal seeking to incorporate his name in Dharani portal, w,ithin a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being filed, the concerned authoriqr shall pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as

expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four we eks thereof, duly putting all the interested parties on notice.
Since this Court directed the authorities to put all the interested parties on notice before passing any orders, notice to the unofficial respondent in the present writ petition is dispensed with.
The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand
closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
