Petition under Articre 226 of the Constitution of tndia ,ffii:l::T: crrcumstances stated in the affidavit fired therewith, the High court may be preased to tssue a writ, order or direction, more particurarry a writ in the nature of Arrandamus, directing the action of the Respondents, more particurarry that of the 3rd Respondent not passing any order on petitioner apprication for construction of a comprex over the subject premises inspite of petitioner application dated 04/03/20 21 in File No. 2/c14l 0530712021 and inspite of uproading the entire fire on 05/05/2021, in compliance of the orders dated 261412021 passed by this Honbte court in wp No. 786s12021 and inspite of a notice in this regard sent on 0710612021 is challenged in this Writ petition as being arbitrary, illegal, violative of Articles of 14, 19 (1) (g), 21 and 300-4 of the constitution of lndia and consequently direct the Respondents to intimate and collect necessary charges and fees representing the permission fees for construction of Stilt plus 5 Floors as per Plan in Premises No. 4-1-863/.1 (part), 4-1-g69/3 to 5 and 4-1-87o, totally admeasuring 666 Sq. Yards equivalent to 556.84 Sq. Mtrs., situated at Tilak road, Abids, Hyderabad.
