(Law & Order)) Department, dated 25.02.2021, passed by the respondent No.1, are hereby set aside. The respondents are directed to set the detenu, namely, Mohd,^parwez Khan @ parwez, S/o. Mohd. Baba, at liberty forthwith, if he is no longer required in any other criminal case.
