In the course of arguments,^{learned counsel for the} respondent has fairly conceded that the HMOP.No.l38l2O21, may be withdrawn from^{the file of the} learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem and transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court at L.B.Nagar, R.R.District to be tried along with OP.No.1236 l2O2O pending on the file of that Court for restitution of conjugal rights between the same parties.

Therefore, in such circumstances, considering the convenience of the petitioner-wife and the consent of the respondent-husband, TT.CMP is allowed and

HMOp.No. t3B/2O21 pending on the fiie of the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, rs ordered to be withdrawn and tranrsferred to the Judge, Family Court, L.B.Nagar, R.R.District, to be tried along with OP.No. 1236/2020. Learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, shall transmit the entire record duly indexed within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the circumstances there shall be no order as to co sts.
