After addressing argumentson the maintainabiiityof the present appeal for some time, Ms. S.Vani,leamed counsel for the appellant/wife fairly statesthatinstead of pressingthe presentappeal, which is directed against thejudgmentdated 15.06'2020passed by the leamed IV Additional District Judge-cum-I Additional Family Judge, Ranga Reddy District in FCOP.No.l 642 of 2018 parlly allowing the petition for divorce filed by the appellantiwife and dissolving the marriage of the parties and at the same time granting liberly to the appellant/wife to fi1e a separate application under Section 25(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 to claim permanent alimony, the appellant/wife may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal while reserving her right to fiie a separate application claiming permanent alimony against the respondenVhusband in accordance with law. 2. While recording the submission made by leamed counsel for the appellant/wife, the present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any, insofar as the claim for return of cash and gold articles from the respondent is concerned.
