This Revision is filed questioning the docket order dated 28.03.2019 in I.A.No. 576 of 276 in O.S. No. 248 of 2016 on the fi1e of the Junior Civil Judge's Court at Hayathnagar, refusing to extend the ad interim injunction granted in favour of the petitioners/ plaintiffs.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on the fateful day, the petitioners' counsel at the trial Court could not be present and in fact, he had also filed an extension petilion and the same was also put up in the bundle. The learned Judge, having considered the submissions made on behalf of the respondents / defendants, did not choose to extend the interim order. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition.

The submission of the learned counsei is that the plaintiffs / petitioners are the owners / possessors of the suit schedule property, having acquired the sarne from the title-holders by way of respective registered Agreement of Sale - cum - General Power of Attorney (AGPA) and the respondents are questioning their right through the sale deeds on the allegation that they have been executed by a 3.d^peLrt5r, and as a matter of^{fact, the said AGPAis} the subject matter of another; suit. According to him, as^the petitioners are in possession of the property ard ad interim injunction was already granted, the learned^{Judge ought to have} extended the said interim order.^{He would further submit that this} Court had also^granted the^{interim order on 30.O9.2020.}

On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for the defendants/ respondents would point cut that the same party name is repeated in the plaint and the very framing of the suit itself is defective and there is a fraud being played on the respondents. It is also submitted that after obtaining injunction order, in the guise of the said order. they are trying to trespass into the property and as a ma.tter of fact, the assertion of the petitioncrs that they are in possession of the propert5r is false and they are trying to use the porice force taking advantage of the ad interim order granted in their favour_

A perusal of the plaint discloses that, as contended by the learned counsel for the defendants, the same name is repeated twice or thrice, however, the explanation submitted by the plaintiffs' counsel that as the respective parties are holding the property under different sale deeds, and as the relief is being sought with respect to each of the sale deecls by paying separate court fees, the advocate, who had drafted the plaint was under the impression that the name is to be repeated. The learned counsel before this Court submits that recently he had filed vakalat on behalf of the. plaintiffs and the amendments, if any would be sought in due course, as required in law, if they are otherwise required.

The explanation submitted by the petitioners, counsel appears to be plausible at this stage and it is not necessary for this court to express any opinion on the same. Inasmuch as, as on date, the learned Junior Civil Judge has not considered and disposed of I.A.No. 576 of 1016 and as there is a rival ciaim with respect to the possession, in the interests of justice, it mav be
