The petitioner and the respondent are the husband and wife and they have a son by name Master lvaan Madurai, who is now aged three and half years. The respondent filed O.P.No.192 of 2020 on the file of XV Additional District Judge - cum - Additional F.amily Court, at Kukatpally, Rangareddy District seeking divorce, and in the said O.P., the petitioner herein, filed 1.A.No.1046 of 2020 seeking for interim custody of the child. The case of the petitioner is that the trial court is not taking up the said interlocutory application for disposal and hence he filed the present revision for a direction to the trial court to dispose of the same.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
As the revision is filed for a limited relief, which is innocuous, notice to other side is not necessary for disposal ofthe revision.
Without expressing any opinion on merits, the revision petition is disposed of directing the court below to dispose of 1.A.No.1046 of 2020 in O.P.No.192 of 2020 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
