This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order dated 06.04.2017 allowing 1.A.No.423 of 2017 in O.S.No.301 of 2003 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sangareddy.
The case status report received from the learned Junior Civil Judge, Sangareddy discloses that the suit itself came to be closed on 17.08.2017.
ln that view of the matter, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.
The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly closed. However, liberty is given to the respective counsel to file a Petition to reopen the matter, if warrants.
