Petition under section 482 of cr.P.c praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings including the appearance in C.C No. 15 of 2016 in crime No. 178 ol 2015 on the file of the Hon'ble XV Additional chief tr/etropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad for the offence Under Sections 9B (A), 406 of lpC and Sections 4,6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending disposal of main petition in the interest of^justice

This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of sri M A Mujeeb, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No 1.

CRIMINAL PETITIO^{N No.98l OF 2018}

ORDER:

This Criminal Petition^{is filed underSection482 Ct'P'C''} to quash the^{proceedings in C.C.No.15 of 2016 pendingon} the file of XV Additional^{Chief Metropolitan Magistrateat} Hyderabad. The^{petitioners hereinare accused Nos.1, 2 and 4} in the said CC. The^{offences alleged against them are under} Sections 498-A and 406^{of IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of the} Dowry Prohibition Act.

2 Heard M.A.Mujeeb, learned counsel^{for the petitioners} and learned Public Prosecutor.

Sri M.A.Mujeeb, learned counsel^{for the petitioners,} would submit that though the^{petitionershave challenged the} present proceedings under various^{grounds, he is restricting} his relief for dispensing with the^{presenceof petitionerNos.2} and 3/accused Nos.2 and^{4 in C.C.No.15of 2016. Petitioner} No.2 is mother and petitioner^{No.3 is brother of accused No.1.}

Considering the said submission,^{this Criminal Petition} is disposed of dispensing with^{the presence of petitioner Nos.2} and 3/accused Nos.2 and 4 only in C'C.No.15 of²⁰¹⁶ pending on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad. However, petitioner Nos.2^and 3/accused Nos.2 and 4 shall appear before the Court^below as and when their presence is required. It is^{made clear} that

the proceedings against petitioner No.1/accused No.1 may go on and he shall appear in the said CC.
