The parties herein have^{filed joint memo of compromise.} The said joint memo of compromise and the^{report of the} Secretary, Telangana High Court Legal Services^Committee, Hyderabad, are placed on record. The^joint memo filed^{by the} parties and the aJfidavits thereof would reveal that respondent No.2 - de facto complainant has filed a complaint against^the petitioners - accused Nos. i to 3 before the Bachupalli Police Station, Cyberabad, and the same has been registered as Crime No. 172 of 2Ol9 for the aforesaid offences. After completion of investigation, the lnvestigating Officer has filed the charge sheet and the sarne was taken on file as C.C. No.58 of 2O2O on^{the file} of II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally and that now she has entered into compromise with tl-re accused ancl accordingly approached this Court for recording the compromise rn ith the petitioners - accused Nos. 1 to 3.

In vieu, of tl-re said report and also in vieu, of the compromise entered between the petitioners and respondent No.2, LA.Nos.3 and 4 of 2021 are allowed. Consequerrtly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C. No.58 of 2O2O on the file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-X Additional Metropolitan Magisrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally are hereby quashed against the petitioners - accused Nos. 1 to 3, subject to payment of an amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates,
