ORDER:
Heard. Perused the record.
2. Having made submissions for considerable period, learned counsel for the petitioners/A.21 and A.23 sought permission of the Court to withdraw this Criminal Petition with a liberty to the petitioners/A.21 and A.23 to work out the remedies available under law, in the event of filing of charge sheet.
3. Granting such liberty, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
