Learned Public Prosecutor placed on recr:rd a letter dt.Ol.O7.2O21 in respect of the case details of the subject matter and the same is made as part of the record.
From a perusal of the same, it is revealc d that the investigation is completed in the subject crime, charge sheet is filed and the same is taken on file vide C.C.No.999 of 2020. In view of the same, the subject matter in the Crimina_1 Petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disrmissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners herein to file a fresh petition challenging the charge sheet, if so advised.
