This Criminal^{Petition,under Section438 of the Code of} Criminal Procedure,^{tg73(Cr'P'C'), is filed bythe} petitioners/Accused^{Nos. 1 end' 2, for grant of anticipatorybail in} the event of their^{arrest in connectionwit]l Crime No'83 of 2021} on the flte of^{BuggaramPolice Station, JagtialDistrict'registered} for the offences^{punishableunder Sections 147, 148 and 307 read} with 149 I.P.C.

Heard the learned^{counsel for the petitioners/Accused} Nos. 1 and 2, the^{learned Assistant PublicProsecutorrepresenting} the respondent-State^{and perusedthe record'}

Learned counsel^{for the petitioners v'ould submit that} the petitioners^{are innocent of the offences allegedagainst them;} thecomplainantisnephewofpetitionerNo.l;thatt}rerearecivil disputes between^{the petitioners and the complainant;that a} criminal case is^{lodged by petitioner No' 1 against the complainant} and the same is^{pending; that the complainant in order to escape} from the said case,^{lodgedthe presentcase against the petitioners;} that petitioner^{No.1 isaged about 57 ye ars and she has} undergone spinal^{carrl surgeryand ultimately, prayed this Court} to grant bail^{to the} Petitioners.

4 Learned Assistant^{Public Prosecutorrepresenting the} respondent-State^{opposed the bail application'}

As seen from the contents^{of the First Information} Report, the petitioners have also earlier^{attackedthe grand-father} of the complainant. Though civil disputes^{are pending between} ttre parties, ta1<ing advaltage^of tlle civil^{disputes,the petitioners} along with 15^{persons have gone with deadly weapons like iron} rods, sticks, chilti powder ald attacked the^{complainantparty,as} a result of which one of^{the injured receivedgrievous injury} '

Thus, looking into the nature of^{allegations levelled} against the petitioners ald their^{involvement in the commission of} offence, I am not inclined^{to release the petitioners on anticipatory} bail and accordingly, the^{prayerfor anticipatory bail is rejected.}

Accordingly, the Criminal^{Petition isdismissed'} However, if the^{petitioners/accusedNos. 1 and 2 surrendersbefore} the Court concerned^{within Iifteen (15) days from todayand Iiles} an application for^{grantof regularbail, after giving prior notice to} the Public Prosecutor, the^{sarne shall be considered,as} expeditiously as^{possible, preferably on the same day, in} accordance with law.
