This Criminal Petition is^{filed by the petitioners - accused} Nos.1 to 3 to quash the^{proceedingsinCr'No.123 of 2018} pending on the file of Bhavani^{Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad} for the offences under^{Sections 420, 468,471and506 of IPC'}

During the^pendency of^{the presentCriminal Petition, the} parties have compromised the^{matter and, accordingly,} respondent No.2 - de facto^{complatnantfi1ed I.A.Nos'4and 5 of} 2021 to permit him to^{enter into compromise, record the terms} of compromise thereof^{and compoundthe offencesby quashing} the proceedings against^{the accusedin the said crime'}

Vide order dated 28.6.202^{1, this Court, after recording the} submissions made by the^{learned counsel for the petitioners as} well as respondent No.2,^{directed the partiesto appearbefore} the Secreta:y, Telangana^{High Court Legal Services Committee,} Hyderabad, for their identification^{and directed the Secretaryto} submit a report by 8.7.2021.^{In complianceof the said order,} the parties have appeared before the^{Secretary, TelanganaHigh} Court Legal Services Committee, and the Secretary^has identified the parties rvith their respective Aadhar Cards^and accordingly submitted a report dated 29.7.202 1 to that effect.
