This Criminal Petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A-l seeking to^grant bail to him in Crime No.2ul6 of 2O2O of P.S.Mulugu, registered for the offence punishable unrler Section 8(C) r/w.20(b) of the N.D.P.S.Act.

Heard lr:arned Counsel appearing for petitioner, learned Additional Putrlic Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

When th,: matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner rvould submit that this Court already granted bail to accused No.2 zrnd the case of the petitioner is also stands on the same footing and ultimately, prayed the Court to grant bail to the petitioner.

4 . In view of the same and in considering the lacts and circumstances of the case and accused No.2 was alreadv released on bail, this Court is of the considered view that it is a fit case for grant bail to th,: petitioner.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/Accu sed is directed to be released on bail, subject to the following terms and conditions:

(i) The petitioner/A- 1 shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.25,0007 - (Rupees Twenly Five thousand only), with two sureties each to the like sum, out of which, one suretv must be from his native place, to the satisfaction of the

Special Sessions Judge for NDPS cases-cum-l Additional Sessions Judge at Warangal. (ii) The petitioner/A. 1 shail personally appear before the Investigating Officer on 3rd Saturday of every month between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet. Thereafter, he shall personally appear before the court concerned on each date ol hearing. (iii) The petitioner/A. 1 shall not influence the prosecution witnesses.

(i") The petitioner/A.1 shall not indulge in similar type of offences in future. If petitioner is found to be involved in similar type of olfences during the pendency of this case or if he violates any of the conditions imposed in this order, the baii granted to him shall automatically stand cancelled.
