This Crirninal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C), is fi1ed by the petitioner/ Accused for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in conncction with Crime No. 186 of 2Ol4 of Peddavoora Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417 , 42O,465, 468 and 471 I.P.C.

Bank of Hyderabad, Nagarjunasagar, at the relevant point of time by submitting fake pattadar passbooks in her name, by forging the signatures of the petitioner and the then Tahsildar. Though the investigation is pertaining to the year 2014, the respondent-police have asked the present petitioner only on 2O.Ol .2021 to furnish his writings as well as signatures in order to facilitate them to send the admitted signatures and writings of the documents to FSL for comparison, to which the petitioner has responded and submitted his writings as weil as signatures.
7 , Thus, looking into the nature of allegations levelied against the petitioner and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without adverting to the merits of the case, the petitioner/ accused can be granted bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C on some conditions.
