From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that the investigation was completed, final report ,r,as filed before the concerned Magistrate on 17 - 1O-2O2O itself and it was numbered as C.C.No.1888 of 2027. ln view of the same, the subject matter in the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous, granting liberty to challenge the final report, if so, advised.
