This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C'), is liled b1,' the petitioners / acc used Nos.l, 2 and 4 to 6 for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.55 of 2021 of Saroornagar Women Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A I.P.C and Sections 3 and 4 of the Doq,'ry Prohibition Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ Accused Nos.1, 2 and 4 to 6 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent./ State. Perused the record.

Learned counsel lor the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been falsely implicated this case basing on false and frivolous allegations; that except general allegations, there are no specific overt acts whatsoever have been attributed against each of the petitioner; that the petitioners are ready to abide by any condition and ultimately, prayed this Court to grant bail to the petitioners.

On tlie other hand, learned Additional Public Prosec:utor opposed the petition.

As seen from the contents of the First Information Report, no specific overt acts have been attributed against the petit:oners with regard to the alleged offences.

Thus, looking into nature of allegations levelled zrgainst the petitioners/ accused Nos.l,2 and 4 to 6 and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without adverting to the merits of the

case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the pctitioners on some conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioners/ accused Nos.l,2 and 4 to 6 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Saroornagar Women Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, within a period of 15 days from today. On such surrender, the Station House Officer, Saroornagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, shall release the petitioners/ accused Nos. 1,2 and 4 to 6 on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each with two sureties for the like amount each to the satisfaction of the said Station House Officer. On such release, petitioner No.l/Accused No.1 shall attend before the said Station House Officer on every Saturday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet. Further, petitioner No. 1/accrJsed No.1 shall surrender his passport before the Court concerned and shall not Ieave the Country without prior permission of the Court concerned. Further, the petitioners/ accused Nos. 1,2 and 4 to 6 shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C and co-operate with the Investigation Officer in investigating the case.

With this direction, the Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
