In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 18,03.2021 in Crl.P.No.1289 of 2O21 directing the petitioner/A1 to appear personally before the Joint Director, Enforcement Directorate, Hyderabad Zonal Office, on every Friday between.12.O0 Noon to 2,OO PM,, is hereby relaxed, However, since the petitioner has already furnished his present address, he shall appear before the Joint Director as and when required for the purpose of further investigation. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.
