This petition is filed by^{petitioner/ de} facto^{complainant under} Section 439(2) read with^{482 of Code of the CriminalProcedure,1973 (for} short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking cancellation of^{bail, granted to respondent} No.2/accused by the learned Sessions^{Judge for Fast Tracking the cases} relating to Atrocities against^{Women-I-cum-X AdditionalMetropolitan} Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, on 29.Ol.2O2O,^{in Crl.M.P.No.253 of 2020 in} Crime No.338 of 2019 of Asif Nagar^{PoliceStation, Hyderabad, for the} offences punishable under Sections 376(1),^{385 and 509 ofthe Indian Penal} Code, 1860.

Heard Mr.M.A.Quvi Abbasi, leamed counsel for the^petitioner, Mr.M.A.K.Mukheed, leamed counsel for^{respondent No.2/accusedand} leamed Assistant Public Prosecutor.^{Perused the material on record.}

The grounds raised by the petitioner in this^{petitiorlare that the bail} was granted to respondent No.2 on^{29.01.2020 and by that time, the} statement of the victim under Section^{164 Cr.P.C. is not recorded,} respondent No.2 is threatening the^{witnesses and on the basis of some} obscene photographs of the petitioner, he is^{fbrcing her} to^withdrawthe case. Hence, he seeks to set aside the order dated^29.01.2020.

activity as stated in the petition. He submits that respondent No.2 is cooperating with the investigation. After completion of investigation, the police laid charge sheet.

Taking into the consideration the fact that already^police filed charge sheet and absolutely petitioner could not^make out^{any case to cancelthe} bail granted to respondent No.2, this Court^{is not inclinedto cancel the} same.
