I.A.No.l of 2020 has been filed under Section 151 of cpc by the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that on the intervention of elders and wellwishers, both the parties have reached a compromise and amicably settled the matter' In view of the out of court settlement reached in the matter, learned counsel prays that the appeal may be disrnissed as withdrawn. The affidavit stating the terms of compromise dated l 1.03.2020 is also annexed to the interlocutory application.
Recording the submission, rhe LA.No. I of 2020is allowed, permitting the petitioner/appellant to withdraw the appeal.
Accordingly, the appeal is clismissed as withdrawn. No costs. The Affldavit showing the terms of compromise shall form part of the record. Miscellaneous petitions ifany pending, shall also stand dismissed
