Application under Section 11 (5 & 6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and Scheme of Appointment of Arbitrators 2000 praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to appoint an Arbitrator for resolving the disputes between the Applicant and Respondents arising out of the Development Agreement bearing No. 435 of 2013 dated^'13-2-2013 and be pleased to pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
