Thereafter, additional^{counter-affidavitwas filed on 04.08,2020,in} paragraph 3 thereof, lt has^{beenstated that "theoffice alreadygiven a specific} undertaking to^{translocate the trees and also establish damaEed tennis courtin} Indira Park^{proposed bridge affected area, that during the course} ,l^{of hearingthe} counsel for the^{petitioners raiseda specific issue for con$tructionof the3'd} tennis court in the^{near locality, but the time frame is not mentionedin the} counter filed by the^{GHMC. In this regard, this office gaye an undertaking to} establish 3,d tennis^{court in the samelocality within:the peiiod'of fivb months"}

In the light of^{the additionalaffidavit filed by the Prlncipal commissioner,} GHMC, which ls^{made part of the record,there is no requirementfor this Court} to adjudicate the^{matteron merits as the petition'ers haveialso no;objectlon for} disposal of the^{Writ: Petition,as essentially,their grievance is withrespect to} restoration of the^{amenities whichwere'inexistenceearlier and whichwere likely}
