ORDER:
Learned counsel for petitioner requests the Court to permit
the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to pursue his remedies in accordance with law.
Permission is granted and the writ petition is accordingly
dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. No
order as to costs.
