..,RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any appropriate Writ, Order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.4 i.e. Panchayat Secretary, Grampanchayat, Pudur, Ivledchal I/andal, l/edcha l-lMa lkajg iri District in rejecting the application filed by the petitioner online on 14-9-2020 for grant of Building construction permission for construction of a residential building consisting of Ground+ 2 floors in the open place admeasuring an extent of 242 Sq. yards which is located appurtenant to the House bearing No. 5-92 situated in Sy.No. 583 of Pudur village, IVedchal by uploading the same in the on ne Citizen Services in the website of epanchayat.te la ngana.gov. in/statusB u ild ing Pe rm ission list on 10-11-2020, without assigning any reasons even though the Gram Panchayat Committee had passed resolution on 7-10-2020 for according Building Construction Permission in her favour as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia and in violation of Sections 42(3), Section 43 (4) and 114 (7) ot Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018 apart from violation of Telangana Panchayat Raj (Duties and Respon sib ilities of Panchayat Secretary) Rules 2018 issued vide G.O.lt/s.No. 108 Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (Pts.Vl) Department dated 26-9-2018 and set aside the same.
