ORDER :
The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.2 for demanding the petitioner to surrender petitioner’s possession of house bearing No.01-22, Angadipet, Pet Basheerabad, Quthbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in favour of the land grabbers, as highly illegal and arbitrary.
Heard Sri Ahmed Khan, learned Counsel for the petitioner
and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 10.02.2020, submits that the petitioner herein has lodged a complaint dated 27.12.2019 and 30.12.2019 stating that one Sai Goud and others are trespassing into his property. Pursuant to the said complaint, the 2nd respondent authority made a G.D. entry and took up investigation and during the course of enquiry, it revealed that the matter is civil in nature and also a civil suit is pending with regard to the same subject property. Accordingly, the same has been informed to the petitioner to approach the competent Court as the matter is civil in nature.
By the said written instructions on behalf of the 2nd respondent, it is stated that the 2nd respondent never demanded the petitioner to surrender petitioner’s possession to the land grabbers and the said statement made in the writ affidavit is incorrect, false and baseless and hence denied.

Having regard to the said specific assertion made on behalf of the 2nd respondent, recording the same, no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
