Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or directions more particularly one in the nature of writ of lvlandamus, declaring the action of the respondents more particularly the respondent No.4 in issuing a Notice vide Rc..No.106/P and Ex /A3, dated.22l10l202o in pursuance to the notice vide Re. No.'106/ 20201 P, daled.0410112020, by directing the petitioners society to shift the Toddy Shop No.2, Group No.11 ,Sirciila from the premises bearing No. D. No.3-8-67/l in Sy., No.30/A and 30/8, Shanthinagar, Sircilla to other suitablepremises and further threatening to seize thepetitioners society toddy shop, during subsisting of retail of toddy license No.14612017 daled.1210212018, as highly illegal, arbitrary and without any authority andpower and contrary to the provisions of Telangana Prohibition and Excise Act-1968 and its Rules and violation of Articles of Constitution of lndia and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents more pa(icularly the respondents No,3 to 5 and their sub-ordinates,not to interfere with the business ofpetitioners society running in thepremises bearlng H No.3-8-67/1/A , admsg., 667.77 Sq yards in Sy. Nos.30/A and B,Plot Nos.1 to3, situated at Shanti Nagar, Sircilla, Rajanna SircillaDistrict, TS, in any manner forthwith.
