This writ petition is filed for the following relief:
".....1o jssue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not providing another opportunity to the petitioner Hall Ticket No, 424690 to participate in the Policet 2020 Counselling i.e., second phase Counselling 2020 for slot booking, Certificate verification and set selection as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of rule and also against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct that the respondents shall allow the Petilioner to participate in second phase and spot admissions counselling which is scheduled on 3010912020 and 0111012020 or C811012020 by creating an opportunity for slot booking certificate verification and seat selection as per the procedure Telanma Policet 2020.
Learned Government Pleader for Education submits that there
is a provision for spot admission.
Learned counsel for thepetitioner submits thatas a matter of
fact, the petitioner is availing the same.
ln those circumstances, there is no requirementof any order
being passed in the writpetition.
Hence, the writ petition is closed.
