Petition under Article 226 ot the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of It4andamus declaring the notice of the 3rd Respondent dated August 2020 pursuant to which the premrses of the Petitioner landowner being 1st Floor, Plot No.14lD/1, Sy. No.74 & 75, Jaihind Enciave, Madhapur, Hyderabad, has been locked by the Police Authorities in connection with the investigation into Cr.No.62212020, dated O3lO7l2O2O registered against the 4th Respondent (who was a license of the said premises), under the provisions of The Telangana Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999, as being as being illegal and arbitrary, and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to refrain from interfering in the possession of the Petitioners.
