Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the in action of the respondents, despite petitioner herein got the marks and ranks, and moreparticularly petitioner qualified and eligible to appoint as JLM (Junior Lineman), pursuant to notification issued by the 2nd respondent on 28.09.2019, and same as been illegal, arbitrary, unjust, and its nothing but misuse of their officialpowers, and also violation of Article 14, 19 and 2 of Constitution of lndia, and consequently direct the respondents herein, forthwith appoint the petitioner, as JLM (Junior Lineman), pursuant to notification issued by the 2nd respondent on 28.09.2019, under Non-local qirota or any other quota available or by creating the supernumerary posts in [,4edchal-l,4alkajgiri District, by considering the petitioner Marks-44 and Ranks-51, including their long services with the respondents organization.
