HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.4399 of 2019
ORDER:
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the criminal petition has become infructuous as the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed in the crime.
In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as
infructuous.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand
dismissed.
