2). It is subnrittccl that, thc Respondt'nt No.2, Irt,rcin had filed the said cornplairrt against thc Pctitioncr under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrunrents Act, itr regarcling with a chcque of Rs. 3,25,000/-, and thc sale t-ransaction taken place behveen thc, respondent No.2, and the pctitioner.

It is submitted that, the respondenr No.2, herein filed a suit in O.S.No. 14 of 2019, on the file of Horr' ble II Additional Dishict and Sessions Judge, at Jagtial, and the petitioner had also filed a complaint before police Mallial, and got registered a F.l.R,No. 191 of 2019, on 02-11-2019, Thereafrcr, at the advice of elrlc'ts arrd well rvishers the cl ispu te which arose betraleen tl.re petitioner arld the responr.lelrt No.2, are resolved, therefore, the respondellt No,2, does llot wrint to pfosecute the petitioner as tJre petitioner in pursuance of the settlernent had deposited the amount of Rs.3,25,000/- with the elders, the settlement is on closing all the cases, the said amount of Rs. 3,25,000/- can be received by the respondent No.2, for which the petitioner has no objection, as such, this quash petition may be allowed by recordirg the compromise. That, a separate Memorandum of understanding also got entered by the petitioner and the respondent No.2, and both the parties sliail take steps for implementing the telms of the said Nlemorandum of Untlerstanr.lirrg.
