Petition under Section 482 RIW 451 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the l,4emorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to pass orders directing the Station House Officer, lVahabubabad Proh. and Excise, Warangal District, to forthwith release the stocks i.e.,38 bags each containing 50 Kgs., whose value is Rs.30,400/- seized in C.O:R. 63612013-14, by permitting the petitioner to furnish the third party surety before the court of learned Judicial First Class lVlagistrate at Mahabubabad, Warangal District.
This Petition coming on for hearing,upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri RAIVlDl SATHYANARAYANA ,Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 1 & 2.
