CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.94 OF 2017
JUDGMENT:
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the subject suit in O.S.No.65 of 2014 on the file of the I Additional District Judge at Mahaboobnagar, was dismissed on 26.09.2019.
In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication and accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
