O R D E R:
In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the notice, dated 21.02.2019, issued by respondent No.3 -Director, Enforcement, Vigilance and Disaster Management, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad, under Sections 452(1) and 461 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955.
Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the petitioner has already submitted his explanation to the impugned notice and the same would be considered in accordance with law. He also submits that till a final order is passed, no coercive action will be taken against the petitioner.
Recording the above said submission and making it clear that the respondent authorities are required to adhere to the undertaking given before this Court, the writ petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, in the writ petition shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
