ORDER:
Sri Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to set out details of complying with all the formalities that are required to be complied with, for filing Public Interest Litigation case.
Permission to withdraw is granted with liberty as sought for.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand dismissed.
