appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to registration of Crime No.1060 of 2013, a charge sheet was filed after completion of investigation on 07.07.2014 before the concerned Court. After taking cognizance of the offence,
the case was numbered as C.C.No.1427 of 2014. After full-fledged
trial, the matter ended in acquittal by judgment, dated 03.01.2018.
