Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

Petitioners allege that they are the owners and in possession of land admeasuring Acs.32.30 guntas in Survey No.1170 of Ameenpur Village and Mandal, Erstwhile Patancheru Mandal, Sanga Reddy District. Earlier, the petitioners filed W.P.No.14960 of 2019 seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds. The said Writ Petition was dismissed as withdrawn. However, petitioners were granted liberty to make an application in Form VI-A under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short, ‘the Act’). Accordingly, the petitioners made application on 30.07.2019 seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed.

Since the petitioners have not made application in prescribed proforma in Form VI-A under the provisions of the Act, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to make application in Form VI-A through online web portal seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds. On receipt of such application, the Tahsildar shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six

weeks from the date of receipt of such application. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
