ORDER:
This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondents in not considering the application for mutation of ownership for house bearing No.3-44 situated at Burugupally village, Boinpally Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla district in grampanchayat records basing on registered sale deed showing that petitioner purchased the same from the owner.
Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-grampanchayat submits that there is no acknowledgment given by grampanchayat. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner will make fresh application as per rules by enclosing necessary documents.
In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make fresh application and on such application, respondentgrampanchayat to consider the same and take action in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of making such application. Pending miscellaneous applications if any shall stand closed.
